FDR Services, Inc. originated for the purpose of meeting the demands of Underground Storage Tank (US) requirements for leak detection. Tank owners were in need of a system that would give them maximum leak detection for a competitive price without downtime and employee participation. FDR first offered monthly vapor monitoring and over time has expanded to include precision tank and line testing, Stage II testing, and Cathodic Protection services.

The need for purchases and refinancing of property became a must for many clients of FDR Services, Inc. The expertise of FDR was requested to assist in the environmental issues of these properties. Following the guidelines and standards of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and recruiting of key environmental personnel, the service of environmental assessments was started.

The services of FDR are available throughout the United States, with the corporate office being located in Bryan, Texas. The goal of FDR is to provide the most current and efficient service while being cost effective.
